What are AI credits?

AI credits are used when you generate meal plans, fill days, or create recipes with AI. Day generation costs 1 credit, recipe generation costs 2 credits. Food suggestions and swap suggestions are always free. Free gets 10/month, Starter gets 150/month, Pro gets 750/month, Clinic gets 2,500/month.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

You can purchase bonus credit packs (100 for ₹499, 500 for ₹1,999, 2,000 for ₹5,999). Bonus credits are valid for 12 months. You can also enable overage billing at ₹5/credit.

Is there really a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 clients, the IFCT food database, basic meal planning, 10 AI credits, and the recipe library. No credit card required, no time limit.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. When cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then downgrades to Free. Your data is always preserved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All prices are in INR.

Do annual plans get a discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes, annual plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, Starter is ₹1,499/mo monthly or ₹14,999/yr (effectively ₹1,249/mo).

Can I send GST-compliant invoices to my clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invoicing is available on Starter and above. Configure tax settings in Settings → Billing & Tax.

Do clients get a portal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Starter and above. The branded client portal lets clients view meal plans, track water intake, log weight, and more.

Is my client data sent to AI?

Accepted Answer

Only anonymized health data (age, gender, weight, dietary preference, targets) is sent. Never names, emails, or phone numbers. All data is processed with zero retention.

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase PostgreSQL with row-level security.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
