cook 1 katori rice ready
heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan and add paneer in it add some spices and and lightly saute for 2-3 mins
in a pan add 1 tsp olive oil and add sliced onion capsicums carrot and boiled sweet corn . cook for 3-4 mins until slightly crisp
add salt black pepper and that cooked rice and keep them aside
take curd add carrot cucumber salt and black pepper to it
place spiced paneer rice bowl and cud salad in a plate and serve immediately
