coat soya chunks evenly with a pinch of salt and rice flour
heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp olive oil . Add coated soya chunks and saute until they turn golden crispy . Remove the pan and set aside
In a same pan add chhoped garlic, green chilli onion and capsicum and cool until they become soft and translucent
add chilli powder , corainder powder and salt ( according to taste ) . Mix well and add tomato ketchup soy sauce . cook the mixture for 2 mins
Return the crispy soy chunks to pan and toss well to coat them evenly with masala
Garnish with freshly chopped corainder leaves and serve hot
